Hi! I'm Samiya, an AAC user and the developer of TypingTalk AAC.

I started making this app in my bedroom on a whim, out of desperation to help with my own challenges with selective mutism. Since then, thousands of people have downloaded it and fellow users, parents, and speech therapists across the world have given me valuable feedback to guide the app's development and make it better.

There's no corporate sponsors, funding, etc. behind this app. I've taken care to design it so that it costs almost nothing to maintain, and I can keep it up as long as possible. The app will ALWAYS be free to use, and as long as it's on your phone/tablet, you can use it forever.

But if you're able to, your monetary support will go a long way in helping me continue to provide updates, new features, bug fixes, and so on. Don't worry if you can't; you can keep using the app freely.
